This is an article taken from a marketing site. The main point of the article is the do's and the dont's of competitive intelligence. The article gives tips on how to conduct research marketing and how to do it properly and effectively. It also explains how to get and present research ethically and reasonably.
That article sounds similar to the one I read. It was about the five factors that effect research in an industry. It sounds like an interesting read.
